How to create Program

In order to create a Program, you must first designate Location for that Programs. Then, you create the Program. Once completed, you will create Sessions or Events by creating a Schedule from Create Events page.
You should login as Admin to Create Program

Create Program

    • While logged in as Admin, click on fgffgh tab
    • To create a new Program, click on h button
    • Select the Type of the Program
    • Select Event to create the Events of type Events.
    • Select Internal to create the Events of type Internal or Volunteer.

You can’t set a price for the Events of type Internal.

  • Select Reservation for the Events of type Reservations.
  • Select Training for the Events of type Trainings.

View/Edit/Delete Program

  • To View, Edit or Delete existing Program, Select All for View option and then click on the Go! button vAll existing Locations will display.
  • Click on Edit link to edit a particular record.
  • Click on Delete link to delete a particular record.
  • Click on the Location Name go to that Location’s detail page. There you may edit or delete by clicking the appropriate buttons.
