    THE KASHYAK WAY

    The Kashyak established based on a simple idea: leverage 2% of the company’s product, equity and time to improve communities around the world.
    We call this integrated philanthropic approach the KASHYAK WAY.

    Enable to Exceed

    We donate and discount Kashyak's 2% of products to help nonprofits to increase their effectiveness—so they can devote time and resources on achieving their mission. We call this our Enable to Exceed program.

    Kashyak for Good

    We allocate 2% of equity as grants through our annual Kashyak for Good initiative.
    We make grants with a focus on employee inspired giving including team volunteering activities and matching gifts.

    Kashyak Cause

    We help Kashyak employees around the world find meaningful ways to volunteer and get engaged in their local communities.
    Every year, each Kashyak employee is entitled to 6 days of paid time-off for volunteer projects of their choice. We call this our Kashyak Cause program.
